Call for anything urgent

Emergencies go straight to the phone, not to a form. Call +971 50 168 5444 and you reach a person who can triage the fault, talk you through immediate isolation steps and dispatch a directly employed technician. Water leaks, AC failure in an occupied unit, electrical faults and drainage backups are all handled same-day across Dubai. Out of hours, the number routes to the duty technician rather than an answering service. The wrong way to report an emergency is a WhatsApp message into a group nobody monitors after six. The right way is a voice call where triage starts immediately. Save the number now, before you need it, because nobody searches for a maintenance contractor calmly.

What to have ready when you call

Five pieces of information make every booking faster. Your building name and unit number, including tower and floor for multi-storey buildings. The fault description, in plain terms: which unit, which room, what happens and when it started. Building access details, such as parking, loading bay or reception sign-in, and whether the building requires contractor pre-registration. Whether anyone will be on site and when access is possible. Any relevant history, for example previous repairs on the same system or a landlord reference. With those, we can usually book a slot on the first call and dispatch with the likely parts on board. Without them, the visit happens anyway but the first twenty minutes are admin instead of diagnosis.

Non-urgent enquiries and scheduling

For scheduled servicing, contract discussions and general enquiries, call the same number or send details by message with your building, unit type and what you need. We respond during working hours, typically the same day. The first step for anything beyond an emergency is the AED 200 inspection, which establishes the condition of your systems, produces a documented report and is refunded in full if you proceed with work or a contract. For annual contracts, the inspection covers AC units, drainage, water systems and the DB board, so the quote reflects your actual unit rather than a template. Booking happens around your trading hours, including evenings and weekends for routine work at pre-agreed rates.

What happens after your first call

For emergencies: triage on the phone, immediate damage-limitation guidance, same-day dispatch, fault isolation on arrival and a fixed quote before repair work. For everything else: inspection booked, report delivered with photographs and findings, fixed quote itemising inclusions and exclusions, and work scheduled to your hours once approved. After completion you receive the written report and invoice matching the approved quote. If anything about the job was not right, you raise it with your named supervisor, not a call centre, and rectification under warranty is free of charge. One number, one company, one line of accountability from first call to closed report.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you book.

What are your working hours?

Scheduled work runs during standard business hours, with evenings and weekends available at pre-agreed rates for work that cannot disrupt trading. Emergency response operates around the clock, including Fridays and public holidays, via the main number routing to the duty technician.

Do you charge for the initial phone consultation?

No. Triage and booking advice on the phone is free, including guidance on limiting damage while you wait for emergency attendance. The AED 200 charge applies only to the on-site inspection, and it is refunded in full if you proceed with the work or a contract.

Which areas and building types do you cover?

All Dubai communities, from Business Bay and DIFC towers to JLT free zone offices, Al Quoz warehouses, Deira trading units and community retail in Jumeirah and Mirdif. We handle buildings requiring contractor pre-registration and coordinate with building FM teams as part of the service.
