You have probably already had two contractors in this year, and one of them made the original problem worse. This page sets out our complete maintenance scope so you know exactly what one contractor can cover. If a fault sits inside your commercial fit-out, it is almost certainly on this list.
AC servicing, plumbing, electrical, drainage, carpentry and handyman repairs for Dubai offices and retail. Fixed quotes, directly employed technicians. Call +97
In Dubai, air conditioning is not a comfort feature. It is the difference between a trading business and a closed one. We service and repair split units, ducted systems, FCUs, chillers-fed systems and thermostatic controls. Work includes coil cleaning, filter replacement, gas top-ups and leak tracing, condensate drain clearing, duct inspection and damper adjustment. The wrong approach is waiting for warm air and calling for emergency repair in July. The right approach is a pre-summer service in April, a mid-season check during peak load, and filter cleaning after every major shamal. Coil fouling alone can add double digits to your DEWA consumption.
Water faults in commercial units escalate fast. A slow floor drain becomes a backed-up toilet becomes a closed washroom becomes staff sent home. We handle leak detection and repair, pressure faults, water heater servicing, sanitaryware replacement, pump faults and full drainage clearing including grease traps for food businesses. The wrong way is pouring chemicals down a blocked line and hoping. The right way is tracing the blockage with the correct equipment, clearing it mechanically, and identifying the cause, whether scale, grease or root ingress in the external run. We also repair the damage afterwards: ceiling access panels, tiling and repainting, so one contractor closes the job.
Electrical faults hide until they do not. A breaker that trips monthly is a warning. The same breaker failing under August air-con load can take your whole unit offline. Our scope covers fault finding, socket and lighting circuits, DB board inspection, breaker and contactor replacement, emergency lighting testing and appliance circuits. All electrical work is carried out by qualified technicians to standards expected under Dubai Municipality regulations, with isolation procedures documented. The wrong way is resetting a tripping breaker repeatedly and continuing to trade. The right way is a load test and thermal inspection of the board, which finds the loose connection before it burns the terminal. That inspection costs a small fraction of a fire-damaged panel.
Fit-outs degrade. Door closers fail, floor tiles lift, partition damage accumulates from deliveries, paint scuffs build up until the unit looks neglected in front of clients. We cover carpentry, door and lock repairs, partition and ceiling tile work, painting, tiling and general handyman tasks. The wrong way is a rolling list of small defects nobody books because each is too minor for a contractor visit. The right way is batching them into a scheduled half-day visit, which we do for contract clients at no separate callout. Small defects left alone become big ones: a dragging door closer cracks the frame, a chipped tile edge takes the surrounding floor with it.
Straight answers, before you book.
Minor alterations yes, such as adding sockets, moving a partition door or installing additional lighting. Major fit-out works may require approvals from your landlord or authorities, and we will tell you honestly if a job falls outside our repair and maintenance scope before quoting.
Yes. We start with an inspection of the AC systems, plumbing and electrical board to establish a baseline. This avoids inheriting hidden faults and lets us quote an annual contract accurately rather than guessing. Handover usually takes one visit.
That is routine for us. A ceiling leak might involve the AC drain, the plumbing and the ceiling finish. Because all trades are directly employed by us, one supervisor coordinates the diagnosis and repair in a single sequence rather than three separate visits and three separate invoices.
